Japanese Stoneware Tea Set With Rustic Handle - Blue Mottled

This Japanese Stoneware tea set has a beautiful, mottled blue and green hand finished glaze. The set includes four traditional handle-less tea bowls, for drinking tea the authentic way, and a teapot with a rustic style bamboo-woven handle- all presented in an attractive compartmentalised gift box. The teapot also features a built-in tea strainer at the spout, which makes it suitable for loose tea leaves as well as tea bags. The cups are dishwasher safe as is the pot provided the handle is removed first. This tea set is crafted by hand which gives rise to the occasional slight imperfection in the glaze.
