Synopsis
This Japanese Cooks Knife from the 'Classic' range by Wusthof has a straight edge to the blade allowing juliennes of meat and vegetables to be continuously sliced. The bolster helps to ensure that the knife balances perfectly, and the comfortable handle is easy to grip and hold even with wet or slippery hands.
